In 2012 I contacted Evolution Caravans after seeing an advertisement in an edition of Caravan World magazine for custon built caravans. The information shown in the advertisement indicated that their caravans were very well appointed and at a very reasonable and affordable price.

My reason for contacting Evolution Caravans was to enquire about whether they built custom caravans to suit disabled wheelchair bound people. At that time they did not build wheelchair accessible caravans, but Ellen suggested that if I could send them a design with approximate measurements that would meet our requirements, then Evolution Caravans would review our request.

To our delight, after a short time, Evolution Caravans notified us they indeed would build us a customised caravan to suit my disabled wife's needs. Although Evolution Caravans had not yet built a wheelchair accessible caravan, they set about organising specialist engineering that was required and designed a caravan based on our design.

Bob could not do enough to help us in finessing the design of our caravan and bent over backwards to assist with product selection to ensure that we would have years of satisfied and happy travels in our caravan.

This caravan was to be the very first of Evolution Caravan's line of customised, wheelchair accessible caravans. That was back in 2013 and they have now built quite a few accessible caravans since then to suit various customers, all with differing and individual needs.

After many untroubled miles and wonderful months and years of utilising our caravan, we sold our caravan and have again selected Evolution Caravans to build us another accessible caravan to suit our changing needs. Again we have spent much time organising the new design in conjunction with Ellen and Bob. I am sure that we have tested their patience but nothing in the end has been too much trouble to organise in a specially customised accessible caravan built to especially suit us.
